At Digital Technologies Institute Pty Ltd ('Digital Technologies Institute', 'we' or 'DTI'), we focus on providing the best customer service in line with Australian Consumer Law.
If you do not believe that our products are safe, acceptable and do all the things someone would normally expect them to do, you may be entitled to a repair, refund, replacement or compensation under Australian Consumer Law.

Please note we do not offer a refund for change of mind, because you found a similar product cheaper somewhere else or the defect was caused by misuse of the product.


If the problem with the product is minor, we will attempt to repair the product. We will carry out this repair within a reasonable time.
If the problem is major, or we are unable to repair the product, you will be entitled to a replacement or a refund.

Replacement or Refund

We offer replacements or refunds in the case the defect with the product is major or we are unable to repair it.
Replacements will be for the exact same product and will be shipped to you once we have obtained the original product.

If you request a refund, the amount will be the same you originally paid for the product in the same form as your original payment.
Please note, if you paid for a product with gift card or certificate, we will mail a gift certificate voucher of equal value to you.

Partial Refunds
We may take certain factors into account when providing you with a refund, including any contributory fault, the length of time the product is expected to last and the type of product. Depending on the situation, we may only offer a partial refund.

Missing Refunds
We will strive to refund the product within a reasonable time. If you believe that you have not received your refund within the expect time, please contact us with your refund information at [email protected] and we will check the status of the payment. If we conclude that the money has been transferred, please contact your bank.


If you are unsatisfied with our online products (the website and courses) because you do not believe the products are as advertised, you may be entitled to a refund as above. Please contact us for more information

Please contact us first via email to organise return of your product.


Please note that you will have to pay shipping to send the physical product back to us. We will refund the shipping amount if we find a defect or other problem with the product, so please retain your receipts. However, if we are unable to find a problem with the product, the shipping and inspection costs will be at your expense.
We do not take any liability for the product while it is in transit. If the product is valued at over $75 AUD we recommend using a tracking shipping service.
